The room I got was cozy with a nice bed, control for the room temperature, a coffee/tea station, and a desk for writing. the hotel's spot was spot-on, close enough to walk to Parco di San Rossore 🌳.

the double room was fashionable, included a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. we greatly enjoyed city view.

Everything was perfect, amazing location not far from the train station and Tower, perfectly pleasant experience. The breakfasts were excellent, always with variety of meals❤😃

The hotel rooms are nicely decorated with a gorgeous bathroom as well as fresh new towels. Coffee/tea makers and a fridge are a nice touch. The location is perfect and great for exploring Pisa. Love eating outside and there's Istanbul Doner, set next to the venue.

The quadruple room was well decorated with a sofa bed, central heating, and coffee/tea making machines, and the staff were great.

The room was beautifully decorated with stunning features, and we loved the little balcony. the host was very friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect - just a short walk from the famous attractions like the leaning tower and the cathedral. We also appreciated the fact that the breakfast was complete and they even made coffee for us, and the staff always had a smile on their face.

Our room faced the train tracks and it was quite noisy at night. the lack of soundproofing made it feel like the trains were passing through our room all night long, and we had trouble getting any sleep.

I always come back to my favorite place in Pisa. The staff helped me find great places to go during my first stay. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, lockers, cots, and air conditioning. Perfect for my city breaks. No regrets!

I loved the location, it was so convenient to walk to all the touristy places in Pisa. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. And oh, the wifi actually worked!

Oh, didn't I mention? The windows were single-glazed, so I got to enjoy the lovely sound of passing trains all night long.

Our stay at Villa Magnolia Park was fantastic. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the famous tower and plenty of dining options. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was luxurious with a great shower. The fast wifi connection was a plus. Despite being close to the train station, the room was surprisingly quiet. The hostess was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Pisa.

The proximity to the main attractions , deluxe room with a small balcony to enjoy a glass of prosecco. Very good breakfast. Just next to a small train station and if you came by train you can go down here and save taxi money. Very comfortable bed. Room was clean and large enough for our family of four. Bathroom was very modern with a good sized shower. Continental breakfast was excellent. Nearness to Leaning Tower - I could see the top of it from my room. Private closed parking. Amazing host and great breakfast. Buildings and rooms have Italian charm. Location of this property, so close to main attractions, is a huge plus. Felt totally relaxed, no complaints at all.
